This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit our website or send us a message. It is short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

Synergy Relations LLC is a limited liability company organized in Washington State. We build technology products and provide professional services. This website is our company website.

Synergy Relations LLC is the business responsible for the information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only — synergyrelationsllc.com — including the contact form.

It does not cover our products. Social Butterfly, SynergyMP, Abbicus.ai and our other products each collect different information and are covered by their own policies. Those are listed in section 11.

It also does not cover other companies' websites we link to. Once you follow a link away from here, that site's own policy applies.

3. What we collect

When you send us a message

Our contact form asks for your name, your email address, optionally your company or organization, which of our companies you're asking about, and your message. We collect exactly what you type and nothing else.

When you simply visit

Our hosting provider records basic technical information automatically, as essentially all websites do: the pages requested, rough geographic region, browser type, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site working and to defend against attacks.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, usernames, or passwords — this site has none.
• No payment or card details. This site cannot take payments.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking.
• No sensitive categories of personal information.

4. Why we use it

We do not use your contact form message to send you marketing unless you separately ask us to.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the website work:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If that ever happens we will tell you unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

6. We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done so. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and say so plainly before it takes effect.

7. How long we keep it

• Contact form messages — kept in our email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. In practice this is usually under two years.
• Technical visit records — kept for a short period by our hosting provider, then discarded automatically.

Where we are legally required to keep something longer, we do, and only for as long as required.

8. How we protect it

The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection. Contact form messages travel encrypted and arrive in a company email account protected by multi-factor authentication. Access is limited to people who need it.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We can tell you that we do not store your message anywhere other than our email.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• give you a copy of it;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it for a particular purpose.

Email info@synergyrelationsllc.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Because the only thing we typically hold is an email conversation you started, most requests are simple to fulfil.

If you are a California resident

California law gives you the rights listed above, plus the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. As stated in section 6, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

If you are in the EU or UK

Where data protection law applies to you, our lawful basis for handling your contact form message is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business, and for technical records, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You may object to this at any time by contacting us.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults conducting business. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
